Thank you for your interest in DePauw University. The Office of Admission may be able to accommodate special requests for school groups of high school aged students, community based organizations, college/guidance counselors, and other constituency groups. Scheduling limitations allow for requests to visit to be made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. This form serves as a visit request and not final confirmation of your requested visit. Our Visit Experience Team will follow-up regarding your request.

DEPAUW UNIVERSITY GROUP VISIT POLICY

To confirm your group visit request, please read and sign the agreement below. Your visit will not be confirmed until we have reached out with final visit details and confirmation.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit to allow group members time to unload, go to the restroom, etc. If your group arrives later than the confirmed scheduled time, your campus tour and/or information session will be shortened. Groups that arrive more than 20 minutes late, may be asked to reschedule the visit.
2. Your group must have a chaperone with them at all times while on campus. Please ensure all chaperones are aware of the group agreement, as they are responsible for making sure students adhere to this policy. DePauw requires a minimum of at least one chaperone for every 10 students in attendance.
3. Student use of electronic devices, such as phones, tablets, music players, is not permitted during the visit.
4. Group members must conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward each other, University staff, students, and property, as well as other campus visitors. Inappropriate comments or behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the visit.
5. Groups not complying with the agreement will not eligible for future campus visits.
